Helens class has been so great for both my health and enjoyment of her class, she is always bright warm friendly and funny.

She explains the Pilates moves really clearly so they are easy to understand and always gives extra help to anyone who needs it, which includes me as I have many health needs. She makes me feel included in the class even if I can't do a move that the rest of the class can do by adjusting it especially for me, she takes care of every person in the class and no one is ever left out which I find rare in a class.

I've been to many Pilates classes and I hold Helens class the best out of all of them which is why I keep coming back to them, even when she had to move buildings away from where I lived I followed her just to have a class with her.

One of my illnesses is M.E and before I came to Helens class I could barely get out of bed but after coming to her classes for a year I was able to get my life back and spend more time in the real world and out of my bed which is life changing for me! I've been coming back to her classes for many years now and I still enjoy them as much as the first time I went so thanks Helen your classes rock! Hailey.L

I've been taking Helen's Pilates class for over 5 years now. I've tried other classes but no one balances a serious core workout in a friendly environment quite like Helen. Helen is particularly great at tailoring the class to your individuals needs. She's helped me build strength and increase flexibility and when I had a back injury she helped me recover. Whenever I think I'm too tired to go to class, I always leave feeling happy and revived. Kat.T

Helen's classes are great because of the variety - every class is different so you never get bored.  Although the classes are challenging, she is very good at recognising people's limits and adapting moves accordingly. She obviously loves pilates herself and really spreads this enthusiasm to those she teaches. Highly recommended. Anna.S

Helen is kind, fun, patient and has an amazing ability to really understand the nuances of all her students, no matter how long they have been with her. I have grown to really love Pilates, and it has made a huge difference to my overall fitness and strength, but also to my mental wellbeing. Feeling really positive today, had a health check yesterday and thanks to Helen and Laura I have massively decreased my chances of heart disease. I now have the heart of a 38 year old (not bad considering I'm 46). xx Mrs K.Barns
